Staff
On-site care of children is provided at each school by teachers and other school employees. From classroom teachers to guidance counselors and speech therapists, Imprints Cares staff members offer an array of knowledge and expertise to students. Their hands-on approach to homework, social development, and age-appropriate activities engages students in a safe and happy environment.

Imprints Cares is managed by Betty West and Janelle Gibbs. Betty West, Coordinator of Family Services, manages site directors and staff to ensure optimal program quality at each school site. In addition, she supports parents as they make choices for after school care. Betty has worked for more than a decade in the school system as a teacher, theme specialist and parent educator.

Janelle Gibbs is the Imprints Cares Administrator. She navigates parents through the enrollment process and is readily available to offer information and answer any questions about the program. She is retired from the school system with 30 years of teaching experience.

Together, Janelle and Betty provide focused, caring customer service to families and their children. They also work closely with principals and school staff to ensure clear communication and alignment with school goals. In addition to the administrative team, each school has an on-site director who provides direct supervision to the teaching staff and is available to parents for daily questions and information. Each on-site director is a member of the school's staff, chosen for this position for their proven leadership and communication skills.
